This inaugural special multi-site event which features both the one-room schoolhouse and Hearthside offers young girls and their moms a step back in time to what it was like to grow up in this country in 1854. Different from our other doll events that feature the “finer” aspects enjoyed by wealthier children, this event focuses on a simpler life in a rural setting.
